How orders will ship
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the Netherlands on working days. Orders placed before 21:00 are handed to the carrier the same day.
- Netherlands and Belgium: 1 to 3 working days, standard shipping free.
- Germany, Austria, France, Italy and Poland: 3 to 5 working days, shipping cost shown at checkout.
- Priority shipping: € 3,95, next working day where available.
You receive an order confirmation by email straight after ordering and a dispatch notice when the parcel leaves. We do not ship outside the European Union.
Changed your mind?
Under EU law you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. On top of that we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on MagnaCool: if it does not help you, email us within 60 days of delivery and we refund the purchase price.

- We confirm the return within one working day and tell you where to send the product. Opened jars are accepted under the guarantee.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
Damaged or wrong items are replaced free of charge; send us a photo and we sort it out.

The short version
Terms of sale. All prices are in euros and include VAT. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a price was displayed incorrectly; you are then refunded in full. Dutch law applies.
Privacy. We only collect the data needed to process and deliver your order and to answer your questions: name, address, email, phone and order history. Payment details are handled by our payment provider and never stored by us. We do not sell or share personal data for marketing. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing us.
Product information. MagnaCool is a cosmetic product, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or under medical treatment, ask your doctor before use.
